Hey friends, hope you are well. It's been a while since I posted. Don't fret, the title is more of a rebuke to myself , but if the shoe fits , let's be corrected together! I wanted to be ready enough to share from my heart . Recently , I was challenged by someone who posed this question " Are you talking a lot about Jesus more than you are actually spending time with Him " That question has not only lingered, but has made me question my depth as a child of God. My silence has been intentional yet I somewhat struggled in bid to spend time with God. Spending time with God can be uncomfortable , uncomfortable not just for you but for others. Let’s agree to disagree, this year has a point to prove, it’s in a rush. It’s on the run to somewhere; it has to be there by December. I am not sure whether I am the one experiencing this, but Sunday is such a throw stone away from Monday nowadays. Bad Babes of the Bible - Lessons

Imagine with me for a moment that in the bible there were women with gangsta points. I know we are used to the proverbs 31 woman and that's fine, but I am here to profile the bad babes of the bible. I have huge admiration for such women, we can draw a leaf from their lives. Shall we? Mary Magdalene, she was known as Harlot. A woman who was intentional about getting the attention of Jesus. Letś set the stage, Jesus is invited for dinner by some Pharisees, "Chief, We would like to invite you to our round table dinner, we love your wisdom and your presence is heaven to us", they must have exaggerated. Jesus obviously knew that this dinner would have an interruption by Mary Magdalene and He still went. He is seated at the table with his disciples, the Pharisees are feeling important to host the miracle worker in town.
